1. Teaching on Cosmology of Himalayan Shamanism such as ; Earth Elementary System
  2. All Three different Shamanic Worlds
  3. Healing techniques with Mantras and Mandalas as needed
  4. Physical and Spiritual Exercise , in and out of the Institute (In the Nature) Simultaneously we also keep checking the abilities of the Shamanic roots of a person
  5. We will bring them to the nature for retreat / meditation and devotional practice, which in Shamanic learning is called GUPHA. These retreats / meditation and devotions are dedicated to Banjhankri (The wild mystical or Forest Shaman), and the Nature Spirits. During these days we spent nights outside in places like Caves, Graveyard and in open Nature and all these processes is known as GUPHA. In the practice of Himalayan Shamanism if one does not go through the GUPHA then he / she is not known as a Shaman

Our deep motive is to teach healing techniques required in the process and normally these elements; Tantra, Mantra, Yantra, Mudra are always present in the practice. It is also very important to have close and spiritual relationship with the Natural elements such Plants, rocks, animals, water, fire and deities

We also explain about the following deities and restless spirits:-

  • Kuladeva (Ancestral spirits)
  • Banjhankri (Forest Shaman) who is the owner of the mantra, tantra, yantra and mudra and his power to enlight
  • Bhairav (The fire God the sin eater)
  • Shikari (The Hunter Spirits and a helper / guide)
  • Mahakali and her forces
  • Chakra and 5 elements of the body
  • Dealing with the souls of a person (Soul retrieval)
  • Jokhana (Diagnostic system)
  • Grahas (Plantes)
  • Khadko (Cutting the lines of fate)
  • Hot Water Shower
  • Water Elements
  • Healing the Earth
  • House Cleaning
  • Healing the Animals
  • Healing the Plants and many more

We also help people having blockness / difficulties in the spiritual path through strong exercises and practices with us.

Beside the above mentioned activities we also arrange once pilgrimages during the time of May and August Full Moon to different Shiva shrines as follows:-

  • Kalinchok shrine (7 days tour)
  • Gosainkunda (7 days tour)

For this we have to have at least 5 or 6 people in the group and all the person has to be in Kathmandu little more than a week before the full moon day
